By downloading, installing, browsing, accessing and using all features of MemePL, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms stated in this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any part of this policy, please stop using the App and uninstall it immediately.
This policy complies with Google Play policies, international privacy standards, CCPA, COPPA, GDPR, and Korean personal information protection regulations for domestic and overseas users.
This App does not request storage access, camera, microphone, location, contacts, SMS, call logs, calendar, or any private personal permissions to run all core meme browsing and sharing functions.
All meme images, sticker assets and graphic resources are pre-packaged inside the App installation package. MemePL will never scan, read, collect, upload or modify any personal photos, videos, documents, chat records or private files stored on your mobile device.
The built-in sharing function only invokes the native Android system sharing interface. We cannot view, track or obtain any content shared by users to third-party social platforms.
MemePL only collects completely anonymous, non-identifiable technical data for stability optimization and user experience improvement. No personal or sensitive user data is collected.
We may receive feedback messages and optional email addresses voluntarily submitted by users for technical support and problem solving purposes only.
MemePL never collects real names, phone numbers, identity information, financial data, location data, biometric data, contact lists, private chat history or any confidential personal information.

MemePL only integrates official Google secure SDKs, including Google AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play Billing. All transmitted data is fully anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users.
Third-party services strictly follow global privacy protection rules and Korean personal information protection laws.
No private user content will be uploaded or synchronized to any cloud server under normal usage scenarios.
We adopt industry-standard TLS encryption transmission, Android sandbox isolation, regular vulnerability detection and strict backend access control mechanisms to ensure that anonymous data will not be leaked, tampered or illegally accessed.
Users have the right to disable anonymous statistics tracking and ad tracking through system privacy settings, clear App cache and local data, or uninstall MemePL to terminate all data collection behavior.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to inquire and request deletion of anonymous statistical data related to your device. MemePL does not sell any user data, and exercising your privacy rights will not cause service discrimination or feature restrictions.
MemePL is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you are a legal guardian and find minor-related data exists, we will complete full deletion after receiving your verification application.
